Gramarye Suites is a well appointed bed & breakfast establishment situated in the village of Sleights, 3 miles from Whitby. The house was once the village shop and has been converted into our home, with comfortable and well appointed bed and breakfast accommodation for our guests.

Sleights is an ideal centre for enjoying the surrounding stunningly picturesque and important historical are of the North Yorkshire Moors, Whitby and the surrounding coastal and moor-land villages. The area is ideal for walkers/ramblers and driving tours equally with lots and lots to do at all times of the year within the local area.

Gramarye is ideally placed to provide a base for your  visit and we have strived to provide the accommodation, facilities, breakfast and level of comfort to make your visit a memorable and enjoyable experience. Gramarye is close to all amenities and is 50 meters from the quiet local railway station in Sleights which services not only trains to Whitby but also the regular steam trains from the North Yorkshire Moors railway. We are a few meters away from the River Esk which is the only salmon river  in Yorkshire and close to boating, golfing and walking routes. This is in addition to the attractions within Whitby and the wonderful walks around the North Yorkshire Moors, including the famous coast to coast and the Cleveland Way.

Also being close to pubs, public transport,  village shops and Post Office, this is a great base for your holiday stay.

The three rooms  are larger than average, with King size four-poster, feature and high-post beds, and are lightly themed, attached are large luxury en-suite bathrooms. The bedroom suites have seating, wall mounted LCD TV’s with individually controlled satellite reception, generous hospitality trays, room safes, ironing boards and irons, and free wireless Internet access amongst the facilities.
